THE GLASS AMPOULE AND VIAL CRUSHER MACHINE CRUSH OBJECTS AND OTHER CYLINDRICAL GLASS CONTAINERS WITH DIAMETER FROM 18MM MINIMUM TO 25MM MAXIMUM
THE OBJECTS CRUSHER MACHINE IS USED TO CRUSH OBJECTS. A CRUSHER IS A MACHINE DESIGNED TO REDUCE LARGE GLASS OBJECTS INTO SMALLER GLASS PIECES. CRUSHERS MAY BE USED TO REDUCE THE SIZE, OR CHANGE THE FORM, OF WASTE MATERIALS SO THEY CAN BE MORE EASILY DISPOSED OF OR RECYCLED,
THE MACHINE IS CONSIST OF FEEDING HOPPER, CRUSHING CHAMBER, SS WIRE MESH, SS COLLECTION TRAYS AND PENAL. THE MECHANICAL PRESSURE IS ACHIEVED BY THE TWO JAWS OF THE CRUSHER OF WHICH BOTH ARE RECIPROCATES IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION.
THE VOLUME OR CAVITY BETWEEN THE TWO JAWS IS CALLED THE CRUSHING CHAMBER.
THE ELECTRIC MOTOR OF THE OBJECTS CRUSHER MACHINE DRIVES THE ECCENTRIC SHAFT TO MAKE PERIODIC SWING MOVEMENT UNDER THE SHAFT AXIS
SCRUSHING DEVICES HOLD MATERIAL BETWEEN TWO PARALLEL SOLID SURFACES, AND APPLY SUFFICIENT FORCE TO BRING THE SURFACES TOGETHER TO GENERATE ENOUGH ENERGY WITHIN THE MATERIAL BEING CRUSHED SO THAT GLASS OBJECTS BREAK IN TO SMALL PIECES AND LIQUID IN SIDE THE OBJECTS GET DRAINED IN SS TRAYS AFTER PASS THROUGH FINE WIRE MESH.
THE CRUSHING ACTION IS CAUSED BY THE CLOSING OF THE GAP BETWEEN TWO SPINDLES MOUNTED ON THE MAIN FRAME OF THE CRUSHER. THE GAP IS OPENED AND CLOSED BY AN ECCENTRIC ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SPINDLE. THE SPINDLE IS DRIVE OPERATED TO ROTATE AROUND ITS OWN AXIS.
AS GLASS OBJECTS ENTERS IN TO THE HOPPER OF THE CRUSHER MACHINE, IT BECOMES ENTERED BETWEEN THE SPINDLES AND THAN GET CRUSHED IN TO SMALL GLASS PIECES, AND THEN FALL TO A LOWER POSITION WHERE THERE IS SS WIRE MESH IS FITTED. SO GLASS PARTICLE REMAIN ON WIRE MESH AND LIQUID INSIDE THE OBJECTS DRAINED IN TO SS COLLECTION TRAYS FOR LIQUID JUST BELOW THE WIRE MESH.
